Here's something which Iam thinking for the past one year..!!

Is the Policeman who reaches out for a 100 rupee bribe for the violation of traffic rule by the public a culprit or can he regard a heavy corrupt government servant. Is his place among the citizens who destroy our nation and democracy by bribery. What about another government servant say a Punchayath Member drawing a commision of Rs 100 for one load of River sand mined from the Punchayath river. Are they really corrupt or are they the moost currept people in our country (Forget the politicians and Ministers and MLA's for a while)??.

I would say these are the people who strive to live even if they have a stable job. He may be able to consume staple food with his income. Please do check out for a Police Inspectors's Salary, A punchath President's salary and  also some other public servants whom people say they are corrupt weirdly
